Accident victims voluntarily respond to our ads by filling out secure online forms. We capture their name, phone number, email address, and IP address. Most importantly, they must give explicit consent to be contacted before moving forward.

Once we receive their consent, our team reaches out to the accident victim by phone. During this call, we confirm the details of their situation and verify that their matter is accident-related. We do not forward leads related to divorce, family law, traffic tickets, or other unrelated matters.

We work hard to ensure that all leads we send to attorneys are not already represented by another attorney. This protects your time, your resources, and ensures the integrity of every case connection.

When we confirm that the individual has a valid accident case and is not already represented, we transfer the call to one of our trusted intake specialists. These specialists then connect the accident victim directly with an attorney for further assistance.

If a question ever arises about the legality or validity of a lead, we provide the law firm with a record of the accident victim’s IP address and consent documentation, demonstrating that the lead was generated lawfully and without solicitation or barratry.
