This Compliance Statement is provided to all attorneys, law firms, and authorized representatives utilizing the advertising and lead generation services offered by ODELeads. It is intended to confirm that the services provided are operated in strict accordance with all applicable federal and state laws governing attorney advertising, solicitation, and the prohibition of barratry.

ODELeads does not, under any circumstances, engage in improper solicitation of legal services or in conduct that constitutes barratry. All leads are generated exclusively through online advertising campaigns that are publicly displayed on major search engines and social media platforms. Individuals voluntarily respond to such advertising, complete online forms, and expressly consent to being contacted.

Every individual who responds to our advertisements provides their name, contact information, and IP address through secure online submission. By doing so, the individual provides informed consent to be contacted regarding their potential legal matter. This process ensures that no contact is initiated without prior consent and that all communications are legally compliant.

Before any lead is transferred to an attorney, our team confirms the nature of the matter to ensure it relates to an accident or injury and that the individual is not already represented by legal counsel. Leads that involve divorce, family law, traffic tickets, or other non-qualifying matters are excluded from transfer.

All services are provided strictly on a prepaid advertising basis. Attorneys pay only for advertising campaigns run by ODELeads, and no additional fees, referral fees, or other compensation are accepted. This structure ensures compliance with all applicable rules of professional conduct by removing any financial arrangement that could be construed as fee-splitting or improper compensation.

In the event that the legality or propriety of a lead is questioned, ODELeads can provide documentation including the IP address, timestamp, and consent record of the individual who responded to the advertisement. This proof ensures verifiable compliance and protects both the attorney and the service provider.

ODELeads is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not represent clients in any legal matters. Our sole function is the placement of advertising campaigns and the lawful transfer of leads who have voluntarily expressed interest in obtaining legal services.

By utilizing ODELeads' advertising and lead generation services, each attorney or firm acknowledges and agrees that the leads provided are obtained lawfully, without solicitation or barratry, and in accordance with applicable laws and rules of professional conduct.
